Supporting musicians, venues and music industry workers has been a focus for Heaps Normal from day one. As a brand on a mission to change drinking and play culture, and a business made up of people who have spent their lives working in and around music, it’s in our DNA and it keeps our heart beating. Over the last four years, we’ve actively supported artists, venues and workers - emerging and established - by supporting and investing in over 300 shows and tours, supplying riders for countless artists on the road and music venue green rooms and directly investing in making stuff together with our friends in music, telling better stories about music and helping musicians achieve their dreams.

Heaps Normal Records has been created to bring together all of our work in and with the music industry, to build on the investments we’ve made in the industry over the past four years to start to answer and address some bloody hard questions. Heaps Normal Records will make the records that might not have been made, put on and support the shows that might not have happened, and give a leg up to our mates building their careers and profiles, all while investing in driving a more inclusive, safer and more fun Australian music industry and experience. We’ll do this by lending our time, our energy, our networks and our resources to the people, the places and the music that are too good to be wasted. Heaps Normal Records encompasses four programs:
