Under The Bar - NOLA

Interview and intro by Carolina Pasini | Photos by Harry Winnall.

Take a trip to New Orleans at Kaurna/Adelaide's treasured whiskey and craft beer haven: NOLALocated in the heart of the City of Churches, NOLA is an analog escape where every night is an invitation into the Deep South.

Here, every drink and drinker has a story to tell, from whiskys steeped in centuries of tradition and others born from a once in a lifetime barrel. Alongside a rotating selection of our mates’ craft beers, they also offer a menu punctuated by the perfect pub pairing — a schnitty and a Normie beer.

We sat down with Vasilos (aka Vas) to talk about the quirky and caring aspects of NOLA's team and his love for the ever-changing beer selection.
