Need a refund on merchandise ordered online?

Good news. We offer refunds on merch. We are stoked that you want to rep us out in the world and want to make sure that you love your new merch. If not, we will happily refund your merch purchase within 30 days of your original order so long as:

- Item(s) unworn and in resalable condition.

- Item(s) unwashed/unaltered.

- All original tags are attached and any packaging is in original condition

- We are provided with your original order details

We aim to process customer refunds within 2-4 days upon receipt. Once a refund has been completed we will send you an email to let you know. We ask that you please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed by your banking institution and/or payment service. 

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for covering the cost of posting their order back. To ensure that we receive your returned item we recommend all customers use a trackable shipping service. 



Due to the size of our team, we do not currently offer an exchange service (something we are working on changing!). If you are wanting to swap out your merch for another item we suggest arranging a refund for the original order and re-purchasing the new item. In this case, reach out to  and let us know so we can send you a freeship code to cover the cost for the new order. 


Returning Your Items

Before sending anything back, please get in touch with our team at to arrange a return authorisation. Simply let us know your original order number and the items you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address to get you started. It's that easy!
