Free Shipping - Over $150
For orders under $150, standard shipping is $10.
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $150. Please note, your order total must exceed $150+ at the time of checkout. If you are using any discount codes it must total over $150 after the discount code has been applied.Â
Sydney Same Day Delivery
We charge $15 for same day delivery in Sydney. This service does not currently qualify for the free shipping over $150.
Delivery Options:
We offer standard shipping Australia wide to all states and territories. For our Sydney based customers, we are currently trialling a faster option of same day delivery (Mon - Fri) for orders placed by 2pm (make sure to select at checkout).
Same day delivery will only be available to the eligible postcodes and if selected at check out. All same day delivery orders have a cut off time of 2pm (the day of). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. Please note, for same day shipping orders they cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Delivery Times:
Same Day Delivery (Sydney Only)*
We offer same day delivery for Sydney orders placed before 2pm. For same day delivery shipping is between 6pm - 10pm the night of the original order date (Mon - Fri).
All our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival provided by the courier company to us. If you are experiencing any shipping delays or have any questions regarding same day shipping and eligibility please reach out to us at online@heapsnormal.com.
*Same day delivery is only available to certain postcodes and eligibility is calculated at checkout. It is roughly a 50km radius from our Sydney Moorebank warehouse.
Standard shipping
We know how important it is to receive your Heaps Normal tinnies or merch as soon as possible. We work really hard to dispatch your order by next business day. If you are based in NSW, SA, ACT, or VIC metro areas, please allow 3 - 5 business days from dispatch to receive your order. For all regional areas and WA or NT, please allow an additional 5 business days to receive your order.
