At Heaps Normal, we know the good stuff is worth waiting for, but not too long. Whether you’re stocking the fridge, grabbing merch, or setting up a subscription, we’re committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping times, delivery options, returns, and what to do if something doesn’t go to plan.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, TAS, NT and WA.
In rare cases, our freight partners are unable to reach certain locations. If that happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
Shipping to some highly remote areas can also become cost-prohibitive for us. We review these situations on a case‑by‑case basis - we’ll always try our best to get our beer to you. However, if an order can’t be fulfilled, we may need to cancel it and let you know right away.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed.
During busy periods - such as sales, public holidays, product launches, or peak gifting season the dispatch may take a little longer.
Rest assured, we'll always aim to move as quickly as we can.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Besides brewing good beers, getting your beers or merch to you is our number one priority.
We dispatch all orders placed by the next business day, if not by the following.Â

- Merch and 4-pack clusters are under 2kg
- Beer cases are 9.8 kg per case

Please come to the front door of the Heaps Normal Health Club and press the doorbell, and a friendly Normie will come and greet you and help you with your order.
Sydney Same Day Delivery
We do not currently offer same-day delivery.
Delivery Options
We offer standard shipping Australia-wide to all states and territories.
Please note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes for standard shipping orders.
If a P.O. box is provided, we may reach out to ask for a residential or commercial delivery address before processing your order.

Safe Drop & Authority to Leave
By placing an order, you authorise our delivery partners to leave the parcel in a safe place if no one is available.
If there’s nowhere safe to leave it, the parcel may be taken to a local depot, or re-delivery may be arranged.Â
Heaps Normal is unable to take responsibility for any missing packages.
International Shipping
Currently, Heaps Normal online orders are restricted to Australia only.
For customers outside Australia, you must use their International Distributor Page to find a local supplier.
We are selling beer in the UK and have our own dedicated UK website.Â
Damaged, Missing or Wrong Orders
We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged, missing or not quite right, let us know by doing the following:Â
Contact us via our Contact Us page on our website or reply to your orders email to hey@heapsnormal.com
- Your order number
- Photos (if damaged)
- A quick description of the issue
Once we've received your enquiry, please allow our team up to 24 hours to respond on business days.
For enquiries sent over the weekend or on a public holiday, we'll get back to you within a few days, or on the next business day at the latest.
Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change? Get in touch quickly.
If your order hasn’t been packed or dispatched, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
Once the order has been collected and it’s in transit, we can’t guarantee changes can be made.
Change of Mind Returns – Merchandise
We offer exchanges on merchandise (subject to stock availability) for change of mind, provided the following conditions are met (determined at our absolute discretion):
- You provide proof of purchase, and the merchandise was purchased within 30 days prior to the exchange request
- The merchandise is in its original condition and has not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed, or altered
- The merchandise is in its original, undamaged packaging with all product tags still intact
- The merchandise is not a sale item, a custom-made product, a special buy product, or a gift voucher
- A completed return and exchange form has been submitted
Delivery costs: We do not cover delivery or redelivery costs for change-of-mind returns. You are responsible for these costs.
You may have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).
Change of Mind Returns – Beverages (First Sip Guarantee)
We offer a First Sip Guarantee for our beverages.
If you're not satisfied with the taste of our beverages and purchased them directly through our website, you may contact us at online@heapsnormal.com to claim the Guarantee. Please include the reason you're unhappy with the product and additional details that will help us provide feedback to the team.
You may have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).
