Heaps Normal Records #2 with JUPiTA

Live at Footscray Records: A Night of Healing Frequencies & Cosmic Energy

Last week we celebrated the launch of our second Heaps Normal Records release with an intimate, transcendent in-store performance from Naarm-based producer, songwriter and performer JUPiTA at Footscray Records.

Known for her hypnotic fusion of reggaeton, R&B, drum and bass and alt-soul, JUPiTA brought the energy of her debut album iO. into the room—turning the record store into a space where rhythm met ritual. Her set moved through neo-psychedelic jazz, spiritual R&B and resonant frequencies, creating a shared moment that felt equal parts grounding, expansive and otherworldly.

This release also marks the arrival of our limited-edition clear vinyl, featuring select tracks from iO. with original artwork by JUPiTA capturing the album’s cosmic essence. As always with Heaps Normal Records, 100% of profits go directly to the artist.

If you missed the live moment, we’ve wrapped the night in a gallery below so you can step back into the atmosphere. And if you want to take a piece of the experience home, you can now grab the limited-edition iO. vinyl here.

A big thank you to everyone who came through. JUPiTA reminded us again how powerful a shared musical experience can be.
