    No plans, no pressure, no strings, no commitments. Fling is sour beer done bright with flavours of blood orange, fresh thyme, and a touch of malt sweetness, balanced by a gentle sour tang. Pouring with a bright golden hue and playful fizz, the result is a refreshing hit of citrus that’s equal parts summer sun and spark in a frosty can – the ideal ‘gateway’ beer for those who don’t drink a lot of beer.

    So it’s time to ring-a-ding-a-Fling because winter is gone. Fizzing with energy, full of orange crush, and just enough spark to keep things interesting, Fling is here for all the summer moments that are too good to be wasted.

    BEER WITHOUT THE DOWNSIDES

    Our beers contain a trace amount of alcohol due to the natural fermentation process. However, you cannot become intoxicated after drinking Heaps Normal. It’s not a challenge but this trace amount of alcohol is processed by your body faster than you can drink Heaps Normal. To put it another way, many everyday foods such as ripe bananas and some burger buns contain a similar amount of alcohol to Heaps Normal.

    Great news folks. Heaps Normal beers do not contain any preservatives. Our beers only contain water, malt, hops and yeast. We don't believe in putting unnecessary bad stuff in our beers.

    Our non-alcoholic beers contain 0.5% ABV – this is similar to the amount of alcohol found in fruit juice or bananas. Alcohol free drinks that are 0.5% ABV or lower are suitable for pregnant women and breastfeeding mums. If you are unsure, we do recommend checking in with your healthcare provider before.

    All Heaps Normal beers are considered "Low Gluten" products as they contain less than 200ppm [ref. Coeliac Australia]. Our beers are made using cereal grains like barley, oats and wheat. This means that they are not suitable for people with coeliac disease.
